CEE Legal Matters Dealer’s Choice International Law Firm Summit and the Deal of the Year Awards
Vukmirovic Misic Law Firm has won the 2021 Deal of the Year Montenegro award for it’s work on the 4iG PLC’s Acquisition of Telenor Montenegro from PPF Group.
Members of our team, which worked on this deal, were Lana Vukmirović Mišić (Managing Partner) with the legal support of Milica Komar and Alma Karadjuzovic Djindjinovic (Senior Associates) and Dina Kardović and Dajana Drljevic (Junior Associates).
Winners of this year’s Deal of the Year Awards were announced on April 5, in London, during the CEE Legal Matters Dealer’s Choice International Law Firm Summit and Deals of the Year Awards Banquet held at the spectacular venue of the Honorable Artillery Company.
“The significance of the 4iG PLC’s Acquisition of Telenor Montenegro from PPF Group deal was, ultimately, impossible for the two-tiered panel of voters to ignore, despite the fact that this year’s line-up of deals was the most competitive to date,” commented CEE Legal Matters Managing Editor Radu Cotarcea. “Our congratulations go out to Vukmirovic Misic Law Firm for the critical role they played in making this deal happen and we’re looking forward to reporting on, and perhaps celebrating similar awards for, their future deals.”
The CEE Deal of the Year Awards have been granted since 2017 by CEE Legal Matters — the leading source of news and information about the lawyers and legal industry in Central and Eastern Europe — to celebrate the transactions, financings, IPOs, and other deals that underpin growth throughout the region, as well as the lawyers and law firms who make them happen. Law firms are nominated based on deals submitted for consideration with a two-tiered panel of prominent lawyers from across the region evaluating the submissions based on deal complexity, size, and market significance.
